Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how onDevop ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use any of our mobile applications ("the App" or "our Apps"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled responsibly.
Key Principle: Our Apps are designed with privacy at their core. We prioritize storing data locally on your device whenever possible. We do not operate our own data collection servers — any data transmitted over the network goes only to trusted third-party services as described below.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
Depending on the App's functionality, the following types of data may be stored exclusively on your device in private or encrypted app storage. We do not have access to this data and it is never transmitted to external servers:
- User Credentials & Authentication — Passwords, PINs, or patterns are stored as cryptographic hashes (not in plain text). Biometric authentication is handled entirely by the Android system — we never access or store biometric data.
- User-Generated Content — Files, photos, videos, notes, or other content you create or import within the App are stored in private app storage on your device.
- App Preferences & Settings — Your configuration and settings are stored locally, and may be encrypted depending on the App.
- Local Database Records — App-specific data (e.g., lists, logs, metadata) is stored in a local database on your device.
2.2 Data Collected Automatically
Our Apps may use third-party services that automatically collect certain information:
- Analytics & Crash Data — Usage patterns, session statistics, device information (model, OS version), and crash reports to help us improve performance and fix bugs.
- Advertising Data — Device advertising identifier and ad interaction data for serving relevant advertisements in the free version of our Apps.
2.3 Data You Provide Voluntarily
Some features may require you to provide information voluntarily:
- Email Address — For account recovery, verification, or support purposes. Transmitted securely to our cloud services.
- Purchase Information — When you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, transaction data is processed by Google Play Billing.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- App Functionality — To provide and maintain the core features and services of the App.
- Improvement & Analytics — To understand how our Apps are used, identify crashes, and improve the overall user experience.
- Advertising — To display ads within the free version of our Apps. Premium users may have an ad-free experience.
- Purchases & Subscriptions — To process in-app purchases and manage subscription status.
- Security — To protect against unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse.
- Legal Compliance — To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
4. Permissions
Our Apps may request certain device permissions depending on the features they offer. Each permission is requested only when needed and is used solely for its stated purpose. Common permissions include:
- Camera — For capturing photos or videos within the App.
- Storage / Media Access — For importing or exporting files, photos, or videos.
- Internet — For analytics, ads, cloud services, and in-app purchases.
- Notifications — For displaying alerts, reminders, or status updates.
- Biometrics — For fingerprint or face unlock authentication.
Some Apps may request additional permissions (such as Accessibility Service, Notification Listener, or Device Admin) for specific functionality. These permissions are explained within the App before they are requested, and are used strictly for the stated purpose. Data accessed through these permissions is never transmitted to external servers unless explicitly disclosed.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may integrate the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
| Service |
Purpose |
Privacy Policy |
| Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions) |
Analytics, crash reporting, cloud services |
Firebase Privacy |
| Google AdMob |

We may add or change third-party service providers over time. This policy will be updated to reflect any significant changes.
6. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously:
- Sensitive credentials are stored as cryptographic hashes — never in plain text.
- User preferences and sensitive settings may be stored using encryption (e.g., AES).
- User-generated content is stored in the App's private directory, inaccessible to other apps under normal conditions.
- All network communications use HTTPS encryption.
- We do not operate our own data collection servers. Sensitive data remains on your device.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
- Local data is retained on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the App.
- Analytics & crash data is retained by third-party providers according to their respective retention policies.
- Ad-related data is managed by Google AdMob per their retention policies.
- Purchase records are maintained by Google Play per their policies.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at ondevep@gmail.com so we can promptly delete it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request information about the data we process about you.
- Deletion — Since most data is stored locally, you can delete it by clearing app data or uninstalling the App. For any data held by third-party services, contact us for assistance.
- Opt-out of Personalized Ads — You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings, or purchase a premium version if available.
- Consent Withdrawal — You may revoke any permission at any time through your device settings.
- Data Portability — Where applicable, you can export your data from within the App.
- Complaint — You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy within the App or on our website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
